There are a number of options for displaying scan information which can be used to help identify suspicious signals that need further investigation.
Stacked - Stacks multiple scans over one another, great for comparing scans between different positions - a stronger signal on particular scans may indicate a localised transmission source.
Difference - subtracts a scan from a reference scan, ideal for spotting any new transmission sources, or missing transmissions!
Peak Hold - keeps the highest amplitude value for each frequency as Scanlock continuously scans the RF spectrum, highlights intermittant of spread spectrum activity over time.
3D - A 3 dimensional presentation of multiple scans can shows scans over time or distance making it easier to spot unusual anomolies in the RF spectrum.
Once a suspicious signal has been identified the Zoom Function enables closer scrutiny with high-resolution scans over narrow bandwidths.
Adding Notes To keep track of what is discovered, signals that have been investigated can have notes added on screen, sound samples can also be captured and kept with the note. Notes, sound samples and screen images can all be exported for generating reports
